Zia chiropractic is by far the best place ive been too! Always have excellent service while being treated like family. The new doctor is really good and instantly took away my pain my first time seeing him. "Dr.Van" is the man! Also the lady's that lead the front office are always super friendly and always professional. Zia chiropractic really dose help me out on my day to day life by not only provide excellent customer service but by also just being good at there jobs! Thank you.

Where to start? The staff is amazingly kind. Very helpful and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything and have been helping beyond my belief. Dr. Vanderloop is extremely great at what he does. Words can't describe how great he's been. He listened to my concerns and my issues. He's funny and down to earth. Never too busy to answer any questions and doesn't skimp out on the details. He is the first chiropractor I've ever been to, but I know I wouldn't ever dare go anywhere else. There's so much positive energy in the office that you can't help but feel welcomed and safe. I'm truly honored to be in such good hands and can't thank everyone there for all their help

I have had multiple issues with my neck and back. I've been to (3) Chiropractors in Albuquerque. Last month i did get a phone call to go in to Zia Chiropractic. I looked up all the information they gave me and it was very reassuring to know that they were honestly interested in helping me and not just interested in the money I could bring them. I went in and the doctor I saw at first was Dr. Trujillo and the woman who claimed to be a medical assistant was Hilda. Walking in, it stunk. It smelled like a urinal. Nobody was there to greet me and I waited for about 6 minutes before someone helped me. Once they finally stopped gossiping, I was taken back and given therapy. The whole time i was receiving therapy, I overheard the "Doctor" and the "M.A" talking about how they knew their jobs were being terminated. From that day forward, every day, i noticed them telling other people not to come back. It didn't matter whether they felt better or not. They were simply told that there was no point in coming back here. To go anywhere else if they still needed help. These women were clearly out to get the owner and his company. I have continued to receive therapy regardless of their opinions. NOW there is a completely new staff. New Doctor, new receptionist, and new med. tech. When I walk in, it always smells and LOOKS fresh and clean, there is always somebody there to greet me as soon as I walk in. My therapies are relaxing, quiet and to the point. the new Doctor is amazing as well. I am far more comfortable and happy to go get my therapies now than before. I personally would recommend Zia Chiropractic to anyone who needs the help.

I really like this chiropractic office. From a customer service standpoint, they are professional, friendly, and helpful. They remember your name, say hello when you come in and say goodbye when you leave. I feel very "at home" here. My body has also been feeling amazing since I started treatment here.

This chiropractic office is a scam. They got my boyfriend's information from public records after filing a police report he was involved in after a hit and run. This is EXTREMELY shady practice. They implied over the phone that they were calling from our insurance company and that our insurance company had approved me for chiropractic care. He went in for treatment and felt a little better, but not much. A couple weeks later we were contacted by our insurance company for strange bills ($50 for a crappy ten minute massage and each visit was $300 for basic chiropractic care) NEVER had relief last through the night and would wake up in equal or worse pain than when he went in. When confronting Zia Chiropractic about these outrageous bills they became defensive and confrontational. We told them we spoke with our insurance company and was not referred to them by our insurance at which point they said he was lying. This chiropractic failed to notice THREE DISLOCATED RIBS!!!!!! For two months he went without proper care until our family physician referred us to a reputable chiropractor. As a result, his injuries have taken three times longer to heal than necessary. Do not trust any doctor in this office. They buy people's information from a company in Texas specializing in scamming sick people.
