As a child of the 80s/90s where every sitcom had a "chiropractor isn't a real Dr " joke , I'll admit, I was a bit skeptical but after a month or so worth of treatments I feel significantly better. New patient registration was easy. You can make appointments online. They text you reminders. They text you asking how you are feeling or if you have any questions when you first start. The practice is clean with a simple design that promotes a calming mood. With immensely flexible hours, patients seem to move through quickly making for short wait times but I never felt rushed or that my needs weren't being met. The Dr examined me, sent me for x-rays, went over the x-rays with me and detailed what he was going to do. Additionally, he asked me how I was doing in my life in an unobtrusive manor that generally created a feeling of ease that promoted my feeling of wellness. I feel like he's dealing with ME and not my chart. I currently fully intend to continue the process.

Very attentive to the patient needs. My husband goes there with a bad back and not able to walk good, after a few visits he’s a new man. Dr. Santoro is the only chiropractor that can treat him without hands on manipulation. 5 Star review!
