I would not recommend this place to anybody . The staff lies and hide. The owner When you trying get in contact with Monica or any of .The doctors. I had the worst experience. My last two visits and both .My visit was "incomplete" I was given the run around for.A week plus. I had to pay more money just to get ,to.The back to speak to .A doctor about my previous visit being incomplete. I was told theres nothing .they can do so .This visit was also incomplete too. I want my money back at .This point . I'll be contacting anybody and everybody about my money . PS when .i finally got to meet Monica she brushed me off got less then two second asking how did .I get back there? She’s rude talk to people like. A dog & a attic as .A paying patient she make you jump through hoops like you’re a pet I want my money back for both my incomplete visits . I’ve been scammed My review keep being deleted

The offices are filthy, stained ancient carpeting. Stained cloth chairs. They would not email us the initial paperwork and you could not access it on line. There are about 30 pages of intake questions, dealing with disability claims, auto accidents , and narcotic management of pain. . At least 25 of the pages did not apply to the reason we were seeing Dr Brand. One of the intake staff wanted a urine sample from my husband. When I told her we were not there for narcotics, she said , “well I do not know what you were here for” she then was away from the desk for 15 minutes. When she came back, I requested my husband’s insurance cards back and that we no longer wanted to see Dr Brand It was a very disorganized and dirty, ancient office setting. We had been in the office for 1 hour at this point in time , past our appointment time. We were at Dr Brand to assess my husband for genicular nerve ablation . She had done the procedure on myself about 18 months ago when she was with another group in Paramus. I was shocked by the state of this new office. I would not recommend this office to anyone.

I would not recommend! This woman only wants you on pills and then she controls you. Make you do procedures that you do not need to charge insurance. It seems to be a pill mill. She doesn’t care if you get better. Her attitude is disgusting too. She doesn’t care about you as a patient. Becareful. Beware of going to see her.
