After 4 sessions, the discomfort I've been managing from a 10 year old hip injury is now gone and the spinal tightness from being crunched over a computer all day has been alleviated. Dr. Elena is wonderful. She goes far beyond standard adjustments and honestly tries to make sure her patients don't feel the need to have to continuously return to her. Her approach is one of educating her patients. Please make sure to stop by. She also takes Aetna insurance !

Dr. Elena is a great Chiro to work with. She does gentle adjustments as needed, but also has more skill sets to help you get better. Each session becomes more and more tailored to my needs. I am no longer experiencing pain in my knee or back to the same degree since before I saw her. My exercise plan continues to progress due to the appropriate rehab exercises her gives me.
