I have been going to Dr. Steve’s office for years due to his unmatched care and chiropractic expertise. He is without a doubt the most knowledgeable and insightful chiropractor I’ve ever experienced. His adjustments relieve pressure you didn’t even realize you were carrying. His consultations are thorough, and he always identifies where mobility can be improved. His office is truly a hidden gem. If Dr. Steve were overseeing a larger scope beyond his current practice, the number of lives he’d positively impact would be tremendous.

WOW! Please go see Dr. B and his wonderful team at Total Health Wellness! I suffered for the past 10 years with various symptoms that doctors told me were "normal" for my age. And if I wanted relief of those symptoms, they could prescribe something. I hate unnecessary drugs (and their side effects) - and they usually don't work well anyway. So, I declined and tried to work through it on my own. Now at 55 yrs old, I reached a point where everything in my body hurt - all day, all night. I had no relief. My body felt "angry" inside and it turned against me. My body was puffy and inflamed. I gained weight and couldn't lose it. My stomach felt like a huge open wound. I became incontinent - and it was very embarrassing. I was having headaches on a regular basis. The fatigue I experienced everyday felt crippling at times. And the worst part was my horrible neck pain which affected my entire back, my knees and my feet. It was uncomfortable to sleep at night. Walking became painful - the sides of my knees always hurt and the bottoms of my feet would tingle with pain, sometimes going numb. And my hands were so numb for so many years, it had gotten to the point that I could no longer feel anything and daily tasks became impossible. I couldn't grip the steering wheel properly when driving, couldn't hold a brush or hair dryer (let alone put makeup on), cooking and cleaning took triple the amount of time it used to, and trying to eat...well, when I started to drop my fork and glass during meals I couldn't take it anymore. I think it was divine guidance that I found Total Health Wellness and Dr. B during a Google search. I was desperate for relief and made an appointment for a consultation. AND I'M SO HAPPY I DID!! From the moment I walked in to the office, I was treated like family. The entire team is priceless - Maura, Lilianna, Jude, Dan - you couldn't ask for better people to walk by your side on your journey to better health! Kind, compassionate, friendly, helpful, caring, funny...you can't ask for more. And then there's Dr. B - from the minute I met him, I knew this place was something special. Words cannot express how someone can touch your life in such a way that it changes your trajectory towards something so wonderful. I have never found a doctor who is so willing to actively listen, taking the time to really get to know me, fully educating me on what's happening to my body, answering every question I have, and create a functional treatment plan (medical and holistic) including using natural products to help heal the ROOT CAUSE of my symptoms - not cover them up! I have been seeing Dr. B and his team, three times a week for a month now. In that short time, I have full use of my hands with little to no numbness on a daily basis (I'm crying right now just being able to type this review). Episodes of incontinence have vastly decreased. My leaky gut is beginning to repair and heal itself with my new protocol from Dr. B - it's working so well, my stomach feels much better and today I'm wearing a pair of pants that I couldn't even fit in 6 weeks ago! I am less fatigued during the day too. I have no more numbness in my feet and my knees are starting to feel better. Walking has become a bit easier and less painful. And my neck and back - well, I have way less daily pain and am starting to have a little more flexibility and range of motion. I am so happy with these results and I can't wait to see all the improvements that have yet to come! This office...this team...this doctor...are true gifts to the community. I urge you - please take advantage of these gifts. Please value yourself and your health enough to walk through the door of Total Health Wellness and allow this incredible team to assist you on your way to have QUALITY OF LIFE. You deserve that. And Dr. B and his team deserve a chance to show you how they can make that happen!

I cannot thank Dr. Balestracci and the team at Total Health Wellness Center enough for the incredible care I received over the past year. Had problems with my shoulder after a car accident and was in alot of pain after a couple adjustments I felt a lot better.The best chiropractor care I have ever received. The staff is amazing and treats everyone like family. Dr. Steven is amazing and very knowledgeable, he explains the treatment very well and goes above and beyond for his patients. I recommend total health wellness center they are the best in this area.
