I quickly learned that mammal products were causing severe reactions, including hives, throat tightness, and breathing difficulty. My life changed overnight—food, personal care products, cleaning supplies, even how I cooked had to be completely altered. Like many with AGS, I was told there was no cure and that management was the only option. That felt overwhelming. A neighbor suggested acupuncture, and my husband found Dr. Morland. After eight treatments, I can now tolerate small amounts of foods I never thought I’d enjoy again—like ham, milk chocolate, and cheese. I went to Dr. Moreland Chiropractic for a DOT Physical required for a CDL driving position with a large distribution company, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Dr. Moreland clearly knows the CDL and DOT physical process inside and out. He made the entire DOT Physical straightforward and stress-free, explaining each step and ensuring everything was done correctly the first time. We did run into a small hiccup during the process, but Dr. Moreland handled it smoothly and professionally.. something that really shows his experience with commercial driver DOT physicals. If you need a DOT Physical and CDL , I highly recommend Dr. Moreland. He’s efficient, knowledgeable, and understands exactly what employers and the DOT require. This is the kind of provider professional drivers should be using.

I was diagnosed with Alpha Gal Back in the summer. I was miserable broken out with a rash all over and swollen face. I was miserable. After going to the ER and being diagnosed with it I decided to take action. I had heard that Dr. Moreland in Rolla had been having success treating it so I made the decision to go see him. He started the acupuncture treatment on me and started doing it weekly.. I watched what I ate and followed his instructions to The letter. And now I am totally cured. I would advise anyone with this condition to go to him.

Dr. Moreland and his staff have been absolutely amazing! I received acupuncture therapy due to my former ALPHA-GAL allergy from a tick bite. You read that right, FORMER allergy! When I was diagnosed two years ago, I was told there was no treatment and I would just have to live with it..! I had reached a point where I was going to switch to a vegan diet due to eating too much poultry and eggs and forming an allergy to it. I was absolutely miserable until I found out about a chance to eat my fav foods again with this treatment. I am so glad I stuck it out and listened to him. Thirty minutes each week with acupuncture therapy in your hands, needles left in your ear but cleaned/replaced every week, lots of water, and listen to his intake suggestions of the meat to eat. I can’t express my appreciation for them enough!! This has been life changing for me! I have enjoyed our visits and getting to know the team, great people! Highly recommend! He helped me stop smoking too!!
