We have been going to see Tim for a couple of years and have been happy with the treatment and ecstatic about the pricing. More often than not, he is running behind on his schedule. 15-30 minutes late is pretty common. The office is about 40 minutes away and we try to arrive to appointments early. Our last trip, we arrived 15 minutes early and waited an hour and 20 minutes (over an hour past our appointment time) before finally walking out. Unfortunately, with an hour and a half round trip commute, if it takes 2 hours from arrival to departure, that’s practically an entire morning or afternoon spent to get adjusted. And when you have other things scheduled to get done in a day, it makes planning anything else that day difficult. Tim is an awesome person and a great chiro. But we have to find somewhere else that can keep to an appointment time.
