I am a patient of one of the chiropractors who has been out injured past few months, but was approved for care through the VA due to a previous medical condition and was told they had openings and any of the other chiropractors would be able to help. So I show up, filled out new customer paperwork (even though as I mentioned I've been here before) and waited for a good 30-40 mins to see someone. The chiropractor comes in and asks what the issue is, so I asked if he had read my reports from previous visits, and started to explain the issue. He tells me he didn't necessarily feel comfortable treating a VA patient because he didn't want to "pigeon hole" me (whatever that means in this reference) and asked if I could wait another 20 mins or so until the other chiropractor was available because they were backed up. I said no, and promptly walked out. I scheduled an hour off of work because I was told one of my chiropractor's co-workers could help, and then basically sat around wasting my time because he didn't feel comfortable. Extremely disappointed and will be looking for a place that offers better care and concern towards their customers.
