I call him my Voodoo Dr. I also call him Hawtie Herbie (; This man is magic. I stopped seeing my GP b/c Dr Herbert does a better job diagnosing & treating my issues than any GP I have ever had. Bonus, he treats the issue w/natural products rather than pharmaceuticals. More importantly! he aligns my back using gentle techniques in one apt every time. I have 2 herniations, two bulging discs and SI Dysfunction so my flare-ups are very complex.

This sounds funny, but thanks to Dr. Herbert, I just bought mascara for the first time in years! About five years ago I suddenly developed and extreme case of alopecia, an autoimmune that causes hair loss, and had zero eyebrows or eyelashes for years. I tried many diets (and I already have a very clean and restricted diet anyway) and have have tried long and expensive major nutritional supplements protocols under the guidance of at least two or three functional and integrative med practitioners with no success. Now with the addition of the applied kinesiology, and Dr. Herbert’s amazing knowledge, skill and professionalism, I was able to take far less supplements than with the protocols, for less time and more importantly, finally get real results! My eyebrows are almost all the way grown back and yes, I can wear mascara again. I’m so grateful.

I have to say, I’m pleased with Dr. John and how dedicated he is to working on his patients. I always suggest him because he’s great. He has helped me with so much of my hip pain when pregnant with last 2 kiddos and I switched to him because my last chiropractor I was going to, I constantly had to go in and it was worse when pregnant. Dr. John suggests foundation training so you don’t have to go in as much and that alone on my first visit with him, won me over. Also, I’m 24 and I used to have sever neck issues that I wasn’t aware of till my husband told me I was severely out when I couldn’t sit or stand straight when I was 19; I’m much better now and now know my mom was wrong about chiropractors. Sincerity means a lot to me and he really cares about his patients. My husband and I do the foundation training and though it was expensive to buy online, it is well worth it. It’s not yoga, it’s stretching and it burns your muscles really hard. You stretch as far as you can and push yourself and we get winded at times, hahaha. Love the ‘gorilla’ stretch, it’s one of the hardest ones!
