I started going to Bloomington Wellness after injuring my back, at my first appointment which was just a few days ago I was barely able to turn my head. After a few adjustments, lots of stretches, TENs unit and heat, I’m moving my head in both directions without barely any pain. I would strongly recommend Dr. Cree, she provides such a calming and healing environment!

I been going here for about a year now and it was going fine until today I get a call stating one of the doctors said I didn’t want to see her anymore and asked what I wanted to do about my appointment. When I expressed discomfort because I did not state that, Dr. Lauren here stated that. The person on the phone became very rude and did not want to hear me out when I tried to explain. Why are you calling a patient saying they don’t want to be seen by a provider, then when I state I never said that maybe the doctor didn’t want to service me are you arguing with me about it? Very unprofessional in my opinion and since I apparently did not want to be seen by Dr Lauren I will find a new clinic. Very disappointed in my experience here.
