Dr. Byrd and the front desk coordinator, Adrian, were an absolute delight! My hubby and I were greeted with exuberance! Adrian was very friendly and knowledgeable in the operations of the business, while Dr. Byrd was extremely patient with answering all of our questions about further treatments. I went in with pain in my neck and lower back. I explained all of my symptoms to Dr. Byrd, While he attentively listened. After I explained everything, he knew exactly which treatment I needed to alleviate the pain in both areas. He made me feel extremely safe. I felt confident in knowing that he was skilled enough to remedy my issues. Long story short, I walked out of the office feeling so much better than I did when I walked in. I would definitely be returning for more sessions.

This was my first time going to a chiropractor, and needless to say, it was a great experience. The appointment was easy to book, the receptionist was kind, easy to talk to, and knowledgeable and the chiropractor (Dr. Wade) was very personable and made me feel comfortable, especially since I had never been there before. I would definitely recommend this location; it's very 'beginner'-friendly. ☺️
