After 3 visits I decided to cancel. Not only is one of the doctors rude and unprofessional he gave me a bad adjustment, he was not interested in doing a good job and instead he complained about his lack of shoulder strength. Now instead of my neck hurting my shoulder is tight and unbearable. The last time I was there they allowed a client play loud spanish IG/tiktok videos on their phones the whole time during treatment. I asked the lady to turn it down and she turned it down then slowly back up. None of the staff said anything like a normal day. And I knew I should have just left as soon as I was meet the first poor a adjustment or the disgruntled doctor who cracked my neck with me facing down and then went in for a hip adjustment and pretended to not know what he was doing or that he lack competence to do it right. Now my shoulder is tight and off alignment.

My experience with this team has been a great one to go through! The staff is very attentive and aware of how to make sure each client is satisfied with what they need after an injury! I’ve been visiting Healing Chiropractic and rehab center I. Gaithersburg for about 3 weeks now, I highly recommend, and I would like to share my exceptional experience with the team while Ive been treated there. I am currently dealing with severe lower back pain from a automobile accident. I couldn’t even walk nor stand due to severe radiating pain in my lower back. I searched for a good chiropractic doctor and found this place which was also highly recommended by a family friend. I called them right away and the receptionist was very accommodating with a nice tone of voice then gave me an appointment the same day to be seen by the doctor. When I arrived at the parking lot, I was in tears due to the pain and couldn't get out of the car. I felt so welcomed and became very comfortable with their caring environment and professionalism. They have a Fantastic Assistant, Francesca has an excellent attention to detail and delivers an exceptional customer service, always greet you with the smile that you can see throughout her face mask, The clinic is very clean and well decorated with soothing atmosphere. For every patients they clean all beds and massage tables so you can have the best and safe experience. All staff members were courteous and professional. I am in the process of recovering . I really appreciate all the work they are currently doing for me. I highly recommend.
