I was suffering with a sudden and terrible shoulder and arm pain. I called 7 chiropractic offices to see who could see me as an emergency patient- Dunkirk Chiropractic was the ONLY office that called me back- and got me in later that same day. I’ve been going for just over a week and am DRAMATICALLY better. William at the front desk was particularly determined to get me seen. His kindness won’t be forgotten. Would not recommend. I never felt as if my wellness was important to anyone in this facility. The staff is incredibly unprofessional and clueless. Dr. Fedorczyk is okay but plays favorites with patients. Dr. Brian adjusted me once because Fedorczyk was out; they never mentioned I would be seeing someone else so, that was a surprise. They close for three hours during the day - if you call they will say you have reached their personal number. So awkward. The treatment area is shared; there is no privacy while you are being adjusted. They still have not submitted my claims, a month later.
