The staff was so polite and really made my therapy experience pleasant and enjoyable. My brother had the worst experience at place. I was with him on one occasion and was disturbed by the level of unprofessionalism from staff and management. I would not recommend CJB Therapy Center to anyone. If i could give zero stars I would.

Double charged my card. Continued with the gym for a "6 Week Total Body Transformation Challenge". For the final measurements they had someone who was not an employee of the gym take my final measurements and a picture of me with my shirt off. The measurements were taken incorrectly (I had them taken elsewhere by another personal trainer.) They said I was off by less than 1% and management REFUSES to speak to me. They will have to speak to my lawyer tho.
