WARNING ‼️ If I could give O stars I would. Super rude office manager & owner as well. Their customer service is extremely horrible and speaks volumes to how you’ll be treated if you simply call in & ask for simple information about the office. Sam the office manager was very disrespectful & the owner as well. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT HORRIBLE SERVICE & TREATMENT !!! hopefully Dr. McLean takes into consideration the awful customer service his workers provide… just to clarify i simply asked if there was an email address for the office where I could contact an office manager so they would be maybe willing to help assist me and I wouldn’t have to bother over the phone. I was treated horrible by Sam and so I simply called back to ask to speak to someone more professional and an office manager (which turns out doesn’t have any customer service experience skills) Simply because i’m not a patient also doesn’t give you guys the right to be rude and have a nasty tone when every question that I was asked was answered & I even offered to give my personal information but no I was not treated with respect or courtesy so that’s untrue. Yes and best of luck to y’all as well ! Because if that attitude and tone is how you guys treat 1 person I cannot imagine the next person who may call in and ask for a simple question (: also i wasn’t asking for anything patient related or any confidential information about anybody or something that violates HIPPA for a research project for my university & I even told both of you where I attend 😁 but I also just want to make it clear that your unwillingness to help was just offensive & as someone who’s working hard to get their degree and be a first-gen student I found y’all’s tone and the fact that both the owner and office manager raised their voice at me just yikes 😬 just a PSA to anyone who may question coming into this clinic. go somewhere else where the front desk staff will be much nicer & happy to help. to anyone reading this hoping to ask over the phone like hey could you help me out with this just keep in mind Sam & the alleged owner will just be dismissive and rude from the start. Work on your customer service (:

I have been going to Family Chiropractic for almost two decades. They always treat me with kindness and are very easy to schedule appointments with. Dr. Phil has helped me recover from numerous injuries. My pain is greatly reduced after the adjustments and laser therapy.

-OH My Gosh! I’ve been going to doctors a lot lately for lots of health stuff and going here has been a breathe of fresh air. Everyone is so kind. They don’t rush you out the door. They listen to your needs and figure out what’s off and they fix it. But they do it with compassion. You can tell they really want to help you feel better. How amazing! What a wonderful experience I’ve had. I would rate 100 starts if I could. Thank you all so much. 🙏🏽💜 I’m so grateful for this place
