My first experience with a chiropractor, and I have to say I am so grateful for Dr Martinez and his staff. He really pays attention , and seems to genuinely care about everyone of his patients. I hear him greet them when they arrive and send them home with a warm goodbye and a smile on their face. I have never left his office without a smile on my face and a spring in my step. All around awesome crew. Thank you Dr. Martinez, it's not everyday you come across a Dr that takes the time to listen and understand and show appreciation for the quality of life.

If I could give 0 stars, I definitely would. I call them on a Monday to make sure they accept my insurance. I was told my insurance is good. They set an appointment for the next day at 10:00 am. I show up at 9:45 to make sure I have enough time for the paperwork. Then they tell me my insurance wouldn’t pay for it. Never ran it, but said they knew it wouldn’t. I turn the paperwork in at 10:00. 5-7, or more, people come in, see the doctor and leave. I’m still sitting there. They don’t call me back until 11:30!! He doesn’t come in to see me until 11:40! When I tell him about me not being happy because of the almost 2 hr wait and how I was lied to on the phone about the insurance, he just says, “If you’re not happy, you can leave”. All he had to say was he takes his time with his patients. Every single person that walked in was out within 10 minutes while I was made to wait almost 2 hrs. It’s ok because there are plenty more around town that would LOVE the business.

My first time going to a chiropractor and 10/10 recommend! Very nice, clean atmosphere. Scott did XRs and went over every inch with me before adjusting me. I was really nervous before-hand and he made me fee 100% at ease. Also the immediate relief didn’t hurt either!

I went to see Dr Martinez today at his new office. I love the fact that he really takes his time to talk to you and find out how you are doing and if you are having any new issues that he needs to pay attention to. His new office is wonderful and very inviting as well as relaxing. I highly recommend Dr Scott Martínez!
