From my initial contact to first visit of today, it's been an absolutely excellent experience. I really don't know where to begin, But I simply cannot say enough good things about my first visit. I'm always a bit anxious before any appointment of a medical nature. But between the initial contact which consisted of a video and a very welcoming text message the edge had started to wear off. The office is very welcoming and not to mention absolutely spotless, but more importantly the atmosphere is very relaxing. I would personally like to thank the entire staff for a level of professionalism and friendliness that is a very rare commodity these days. I would highly recommend Louisville chiropractic for anyone looking for this type of service. I would have rated 10 stars if I could, Thank you all again for a great experience.

The front desk ladies were very nice and welcoming from the very beginning. The initial consultation as advertised on Facebook for $47 consisted of them taking some x-rays of my neck and back area down to my hips, talking to the chiropractor about various areas of pain after which he performed manual manipulations on my back and neck. I was asked to return the next day for a detailed assessment of my Xray results where I was informed of the areas that needed adjustments to alleviate my pains. He showef me the xrays where arthritis was starting to develop. Once again the chiropractor performed manipulations on my back neck and arms. I did feel some relief in the areas where I had pain and numbness. He then suggested a 3 month treatment which should take care of my problem. The experience was very professional and positive but when I asked him how much was all this going to cost, he said he does not deal with the accounting side and that the ladies at the desk would give me all the details. Exiting his office, the ladies proceeded to schedule all my next appointments as though I had already confirmed my treatment. When I asked, they ingormed me that the total of 24 visits in 3 months costs $1479.75 and is not covered by insurance. I will have to consider the validity of their proposal and the affordability of it all.

Dr Rick and his team are Absolutley Amazing and I instantly felt comfortable in their presence. DR Rick took time to explain things and listened to my concerns. He even giggled at my lame jokes! Everything about Louisville Chiropractic is top-notch, from its ease of access to its smart and pristine office layout. Rachel and Talia at the front desk go above and beyond to be accommodating. Dr. Simpson is superb: knowledgeable, friendly, excellent at explaining diagnoses and treatment plans, and--most of all--he has improved my condition beyond measure. I will continue seeing him for maintenance even beyond my return to 100% musculoskeletal health.

When I first went to Louisville Chiropractic it was by pure chance. I was in a bad way when I first met Dr. Martin, Dr Armstrong, Talia and I think the other young lady's name was Victoria. The Ladies were very helpful and friendly. Dr. Martin is very professional. He was able to help Me get My back straighten out. I recently started going to Louisville Chiropractic again. There have been a few new additions to the family; Dr. Gallagher, Rachel and most recent Dr. Nick. I have always received the best care at Louisville Chiropractic. I would recommend Dr. Martin's office to anyone in need of Chiropractic care.
