Where to start…I normally go to another Chiropractor, but due to weather they were closed. I walk in to Dr DeCarlo’s office in the most pain of my life. Upon walking into the establishment, I automatically wanted to leave.(I should’ve listened to that inner voice). The atmosphere is telling of what you will encounter with this guy. After filling out the paperwork, I was asked to sit in a certain room to wait upon the doctor (normal procedure). He then walks into the room and sees that I have a drink (Powerade) with me and he greets me with “you can’t have drinks in here”. Remember I’m in the most pain of my life, , “you’ll have to walk that back up to the front desk”. He then takes me to his office where he “breaks the ice” with me, poking fun at the name of my normal Chiropractors name (Shoutout to Beacon of Light Family Chiropractor, in Middlesboro Kentucky), I find no humor in this. After taking me back to the examination room, he then checks all the alignments, how much I’m off blah blah blah. He looks at me and says, “ok I’ll see you tomorrow” To which I replied, “you’re not going to do anything? He states, “no, insurance won’t kick in until tomorrow”. I get it, he’s running a business. However, if you’re in the position as a “Doctor”, you still should care of someone’s health and excruciating pain. So, to sum it all up, DONT GO HERE! This guy has zero people skills and has the bedside manners of a plank of wood. If Google would’ve allowed a zero star,, that’s exactly what I would have rated my experience.
