I have not been a patient for 2+ years, when I stopped going my account balance was zero. After 2 years I started receiving text messages from a collections agency, asking me to settle my balance. I have responded to the collections agency and tried multiple times to reach out to the Chiropractors office. I have left several messages inquiring about such a balance and no one will return my calls. I am continuing to receive text messages about a balance, today the message read “Use your tax refund to settle your balance with Walton Chiropractic”. I have responded to these text messages several times and I receive a message that they are reviewing my response, but a response never comes until I receive another harassing text message asking me to settle. I would like to know why I was told I didn’t have a balance, I never received any kind of billing statements in the mail and then 2 years later I start receiving collection messages.
