Dr. Malmstrom is not a 'back cracker' like some Chiropractors. Sometimes I wonder if he has even made an adjustment until I stand up and the pain is gone, just like magic! Someone else commented about how quick a visit to this Chiropractor can be; personally, I appreciate how much help Dr. Malmstrom can do in just a couple of minutes time. I am in and out and back to work pain free. Plus, I have ALWAYS been able to get in same day when I call for an appointment. To top it off, Dr. Malmstrom is always pleasant and remembers my name and what I do. I feel like a patient and not a number.

Dr. Malmstrom is a decent doctor when he actually has time to spend on your back, rather than rushing you through, which is infrequent. If you are willing to ask for him to be a little more patient with you, taking the time to really focus on the adjustments, then you'll get what you pay for. Due to pending litigation I am unable to pay them but I appreciate their ongoing patience as matters get resolved and their infrequent reminders of what is owed.
