Professional yet personable treatment with great care! I am a dental hygienist and have issues with back and shoulder pain; he not only made me feel better, he showed me exercises and stretches to prevent future troubles. Loved it is correct! I have had A/C (where the collarbone connects to the shoulder) problems for years. I had a/c surgery in high school, and have injured both sides several times in sports and coaching. I have been told by doctors etc., that I will probably have to live with the pain because of the injuries. After I let Dr. Shively know, he said "I can work on that." After the first visit, my a/c joints have felt great. I have stressed them like normal, and the stretching he had me do, and the recommended exercises he showed me...no more pain. He has also worked on my back and hips, and the saying "feeling like a million bucks" is how I feel when he is done with me. If you are in pain, I highly recommend you give Dr. Shively a try. Living with the pain is what I thought I would have to do, I can't thank Dr. Shively enough for changing that!!!

I found Legacy through a computer search for scar tissue therapy. I have had trouble with my shoulder and upper back for years, and had developed a knot near my shoulder blade that felt like something sticking in my back. Scar tissue was a guess on my part, but whatever the cause, Dr Shively has really helped me. The knot is gone, I have increased range of motion, and the soreness in my shoulder is gone. Dr Shively really cared about getting to the reason for the pain and helping me. I highly recommend him!

I saw Dr. Shively to be treated for a stiff neck. I could not rotate my head in either direction. After one treatment I felt much better and was able to rotate my neck, but still had pain. By the second treatment I was back to 100% flexibility in my neck and had no pain. I highly recommend a visit to Legacy Chiropractic & Wellness for any back issues, or athletic injuries.
