First of all, I was referred to Dr. Cindy by numerous friends, who said that she could help me with a left side glute pain better than anyone else. She took her time explaining to me all the things I needed to know, why she was having me do the exercises she suggested, and then has gotten me to a place where I can not only perform better as a runner, but where I feel good as well. Not only that, she actually cares. That’s hard to come by in this day of rush one in rush one out, I am SO grateful!!!! I think I’ve left a review before, but I want to make sure this is said, so I’m saying it again! 💜

I've seen both Dr Cindy and Dr Kaitlyn, and would highly recommend either. They are both great listeners and communicators. They ask lots of questions and told me what procedures would be done, post visit steps to take, and what would be done going forward. Dr Cindy was a huge advocate for me last year in seeking treatment for what turned out to be a larger issue at hand. I'm so glad I found Function First!

I have been under Dr. Cindy's care at Function First Spine and Sport for over a year now. Switching to her has easily been the best decision I could've made for myself. She truly takes the time to listen to what problems/pain you're having and gets to the bottom of whatever issues you have going on with your body. I've never been to a chiropractor who takes the time to talk, listen, understand, and help their patients in the way she does. Appointments here are never about getting you in and out as quick as possible, they're about figuring out why you're having the issues you're having. Not only is Dr. Cindy amazing, but Dr. Kaitlyn, Lilly, and Ashley are just as amazing as she is. I have never felt as comfortable going to an appointment as I do when I go there. I recommend Function First Spine and Sport to everyone I know, because they are all so worth it.
