staff is always awesome dr. Neal is by far the best not only does he help you out he explains what's wrong I'll give you papers so you can exercises to make sure you can try to do things on your own and they sell the most amazing cream there you got to get some trust me...

Dr. Neal let me come for adjustments 6 times between April and July without telling me that he ended his contract with my insurance company. I would normally pay $10 after my insurance per visit, vs the $55 it costs at full. In his office, the receptionist would tell me not to worry about my copays because they didn’t get the bill back from my insurance yet on what I would owe. I did not find out he was no longer in network until reaching out to the insurance company after getting my benefits summary and asking why they didn’t cover any of his visits. This was ridiculously unprofessional and untrustworthy, not to mention a complete lack of common curtesy to (previously) frequent customer. I will never go back.

Dr. Neal was amazing. My 9 year old son had been complaining of back pain for several days after attempting some flips on a trampoline. So we made an appointment to get him checked out. My son has autism with a lot of anxiety towards new things. Dr. Neal has an amazing bedside manner! He explained everything before he would do it. He allowed my son to ask many questions about what was going to happen, what different equipment did, how things worked. Very thorough exam including asking permission to take X-rays to make sure there was no injury before doing any type of treatment. We had a great experience! I highly recommend giving Dr. Neal a chance to earn your business with any chiropractic needs.
