I had an excellent experience at my appointment. I was suffering from sciatica pain while 20 weeks pregnant had to be brought in with wheelchair cause of the pain. After getting an adjustment by Dr. Vanessa she helped me leave her office on foot. I will continue my visits throughout my pregnancy and after. Highly recommend if you are in any pain or just want to feel good over all.

Initially I went to Foundation Chiropractic seeking relief for pain in my lower and upper back. After a complete exam, Dr. Vanessa put together a treatment plan that worked to quickly reduce my pain. I noticed that getting in and out of the car became easier, and pain free, along with other activities. With my back feeling better, I then suffered a severe foot/ankle sprain. I was happy to learn that Dr. Vanessa was knowledgeable of treatment practices for this and was able to offer stretches and adjustments to releive pain from my injury lowering the recovery time. Foundation Chiropractic has been able to correct several pain issues and is now keeping me in alignment weekly. Thank you Dr. Vanessa for everything!

Updating review for Dr. Vanessa. My family and I love Dr. Vanessa! She’s super kind, really listens, and always checks any sore spots. She gives great advice on stretches and vitamin tips too. She’s amazing with everyone, from my teen athlete to my husband who’s had a few surgeries. I started going to Dr. Garrett when I was a few months pregnant since I was researching for a chiropractor that specialized in prenatal care. Dr. Garrett always made sure I was comfortable and I immediately saw the benefits of going. I am now 5 months postpartum and I am continuing with my visits along with my son! The preventative care has helped my son with his latching and movements. We both look forward to our appointments!

Dr. Vanessa is by far the best chiropractor I’ve ever met.! She helped me thru my pregnancy with my back pain, using techniques that are completely safe during pregnancy, and I always felt I was in good hands. She always takes the time to explain what she’s doing, never rushes our sessions, and truly makes me feel like her priority. I always feel better after each visit. I loved her care so much that I’ve continued seeing her even after my pregnancy, and now my husband goes to her too! I can’t recommend her enough.. You will Not be disappointed with her!
