Upon arriving Cara immediately showed me how to lay on her electric massage table while I waited for her to finish with her customer. She then took time to carefully explain each step and gave me guidance for at home ways to protect my spine and back. She was very warm and friendly all throughout my appointment. I had never been to a chiropractor or physical therapist before this, this place is seriously hard to beat. Plus you gotta try the infrared sauna(i think thats what its called). Bonus points for sharing her amazing eggs by Cara recipe.

I’m writing a review for Dr. Kara Ivino at One Stop Wellness, and I want everyone to know just how exceptional she is. I’ve been seeing her for about three years now, and I truly have nothing but wonderful things to say. For example, I had been struggling with back pain for a while—it was one of those things where I’d wake up in the morning and it just never fully eased up. After not having seen her for a bit, I finally went back in for a visit. The very next day, I woke up feeling better than I had in months. It was genuinely life-changing. Beyond just that, Dr. Kara has always been there whenever I’ve needed her. She’s like an encyclopedia of wellness knowledge—whether it’s back pain, anxiety, weight loss, or any other concern, she always has the answers and truly helpful advice. Dr. Cara is phenomenal! She is extremely knowledgeable in pain management and also offers veterans one free adjustment per month. She also has an abundance of items for sale that are therapeutic as well and does a very thorough job with your adjustments.

Dr. Cara worked magic on me! I had a pinched nerve and was in excruciating pain for months, unable to sleep. I had serious concerns I would no longer be able to work or drive. After a couple months of seeing her twice a month my pain is completely gone and hasn't come back. She also sells tons of nutritional supplements, everything you need. Added bonus, she has the best prices around for treatment because she cares about her patients. I love Dr. Cara and feel blessed to have found her.
