I began seeing Dr. Webster in February 2022 after a spinal injury from early 2020. Years of weightlifting helped limit the damage, but by the time I started care my cervical and thoracic spine were in rough shape. Recovery was slow at first and I felt stuck at 20–30% improvement despite three adjustments per week. I was dealing with burning, irritation, and nerve discomfort across my left side, and it became clear that I needed more than adjustments alone to truly heal. Through a long process of trial and error, I eventually developed a regimen toward the end of 2023 that finally allowed my spine to improve consistently. Once I combined daily icing, hydration, inversion therapy, and targeted supplements with Dr. Webster’s care, my progress accelerated month after month. Spinal healing takes time, and the work you put in outside the office is just as important as what happens during the adjustment. Throughout this entire process, Dr. Webster has been outstanding. With over 40 years of experience and expert-witness-level knowledge, he explains everything clearly and never rushes. His practice is comprehensive—detailed examinations, same-day X-rays, muscle therapy beds, roller tables, and precise adjustments. You can find cheaper chiropractors, but the level of expertise and thoroughness he provides is rare, especially when dealing with something as important as the spine and nervous system. I also used AI tools beginning in mid-2025 to better understand my symptoms and complement his guidance—not to replace it, but to reinforce it. Using every resource available made a real difference. As of this writing, I am structurally healed and entering the final phase of my rehabilitation, with about ten weeks left before full recovery. I will continue maintenance care with Dr. Webster because his treatment has been instrumental in getting me here. This is my second review for him, and I wanted to update it now that my recovery is nearing completion. If you are looking for better health and considering chiropractic, I can't say enough about Dr. John and his amazing staff. Over the years, I've moved from one end of the country to the other and have had many chiropractic experiences. While they have all been positive, not all are equal. After meeting and working with Dr. John Webster, my best encouragement would be to consider looking for a chiropractor that is willing to teach. Most of us don't know much about chiropractic or how beneficial it can be to us. We may carry on with symptoms for years, and because a medical doctor does not address them, we may think we are stuck living that way. If you are willing to go outside of the "medical only" box and find a chiropractor that is willing to not just adjust you, but share their knowledge about how your spine health is vitally important to your quality of life, I believe you will have a winning combination. An open mind and a professional willing to educate? You can't go wrong. This is what I found in Dr. John—and so much more. From the moment I entered his aesthetically pleasing office, I was greeted with a smile and great care. Dr. John gave me plenty of uninterrupted time to fully explain my symptoms and concerns. He listened with attention and took notes as needed. I also filled out a detailed questionnaire about not just the pain I was experiencing, but other symptoms I had in general, which was key to an overall understanding of how my entire spine alignment was impacting my daily life. He explained each step beforehand and continued to welcome questions throughout the process. After the x-rays, he went through and explained the findings. Before I left, I had the opportunity to be adjusted, and I was put on a treatment plan. The most important thing I left with was hope. It's been about three months, and my life has improved in more ways than I expected. Receiving this level of care makes me feel empowered and strong. Dr. John is a highly compassionate, dedicated professional. He will do everything he can to get you well and will encourage you all along the way. I hope that you will visit him and his lovely staff at Roswell Health & Injury Center and begin a new journey of health and healing.

Dr. Webster is like no other. He takes his time and explains everything in great detail. You don't feel rushed through the treatment. He genuinely wants to help make you feel better. He is a God-send. I highly recommend him. His staff is exceptional as well. They are friendly and kind and make you feel welcomed. They are simply lovely ladies.
