I had a slip and fall accident where I had injured my spine and aggravated herniated disc, which caused me a lot of pain. Someone recommended West Coast Medical to me. The first time I visited them was in 2021. I met David who’s one of the Physical Therapists and Dr. Russo, who has now passed, may his soul rest in peace. They were very welcoming, professional, and friendly people; in addition, the environment was clean, and the treatment performed was very suiting to the pain I was feeling. Their team is exceptional, and they always go above and beyond to ensure their patients are treated appropriately. That’s why I recommend West Coast Medical to anyone who has ever been in an accident. Trust me, you won’t regret it!

I had the unfortunate pleasure of starting treatment with a group of amazing human beings at WestCoast earlier this year. When I was at my lowest again, David, Dr. Ragusa, and all the staff made my life manageable again. Throughout the course of months of intensive rehabilitation and persistent treatment, I made leaps and bounds in recovery. I am currently living with paralysis due to accidents. Most people and organizations have no idea how to handle real life trauma but these guys deal with it like rockstars. I had no way to make my appointments for months so they made sure I had transportation when nobody else cared about my healthcare. David and the staff are real professionals that can handle the most delicate situations and their patience and persistence. Even after my treatments were maxed out due to insurance constraints they have the decency to still communicate with me and make sure I am still recovering. I have been through years of trauma and have been in the best and worst facilities in the Tampa Bay Area with great success. But personal success also is dependent on what each of us are willing to accomplish. David your an awesome coach, therapist, and friend for life.
