The center has been very helpful with assisting me with medical evaluations and physical rehabilitation after my auto accident injuries from last year. Terrible service on my first appointment. The assistant instructed me to come in 30 minutes ahead of time to fill in the paper work. I got there 30 minutes ahead of time … however I didn’t receive the paperwork until my actual appointment time. There was no one else in the waiting room as well. Honestly I will never come back simply because no one should wait 30 minutes for two sheets of paper. Then another 15 on top of that just to be told you’ll be seen at 2:30 that’s almost an hour of my time waiting. The woman decided to become rude when I asked for the paperwork I was supposed to receive. Which I could’ve ignored but she was the person that told me to come in early.. Why was I waiting so long ? Why was the service terrible? Are they rude & inconsiderate everyday or did I catch them on a bad day?

I attend this facility for therapy twice a week. I am Very grateful to have been referred to these group of great doctors and medical assistants. Everyone here has a great attitude and are always calm, courteous and professional. They have been taking very good care of me and treat my 3 year old son with so much love and care. Couldn’t have came to a better facility. You guys are the best! 🙌
