Dr. Jeff is an amazing Chiropractor. He takes his time with each person to really understand what they are going through and to make sure that after each adjustment, you are feeling well. I had a situation where another Dr was treating me as if I had torn a pectoral muscle. I spent 5 min with Dr. Jeff after explaining everything to him and he knew right away that it was a rib that had slipped. He took care of it and I've been going to him ever since! His wife, Shannon Longfellow, also does massage therapy on site and she has been one of the best therapists I've worked with. She also took time in understanding where I was hurting and had discomfort and she focused on making me relaxed, feel comfortable, and then helped me through massage.

Making an appointment was super easy and smooth. Plenty of parking. The office space is so clean and beautifully decorated. Dr. Jeff is very in tune, kind, patient, and you can tell he really cares about his patients and their healing. He always listens and adjusts according to what I need instead of going through a standard routine. It's very customized to my specific needs, which I appreciate. I always feel so much better after my adjustments! Shannon is an amazing massage therapist, who also listens to my specific needs and works her magic on my muscles. They are a great team and they both keep my body functioning well. Highly recommend 😁

Dr. Jeff Longfellow has helped me tremendously by decreasing my chronic neck and back pain to a much more manageable level and increased my mobility. I started out with once/wk treatments for about two months and already on a maintenance schedule with dramatically less pain. I was actually pretty nervous about chiropractic therapy in general, but his approach and expertise won me over. Dr. Longfellow is gentle yet effective with his techniques and intuitive precision. In addition, his wife Shannon is an excellent massage therapist and she really could tell the difference in my spine. I’m not in constant pain anymore, so grateful to say that. This is an excellent duo of compassionate body workers. Can’t recommend them enough. Thank you for all your healing help!
