From the moment I walked in, the entire experience was exceptional. The intake process with the staff was smooth, welcoming, and professional, immediately putting me at ease. I have now been a patient at BurgHealth for 2 months and the experience has far surpassed any chiropractic, rehab or wellness office that I’ve gone to. Dr. Sam and Danielle always go above and beyond with their patient care and treat you like family. They do not check the box with each visit, they pay attention to the entire body, and no 1 day is spent the same way. The office is beautiful, they have every therapy modality and even a small gym. Update & backstory: I started my healthcare journey over a year ago because of persistent back pain. I went to urgent care for severe spasms, tried massage therapy, and began working out to strengthen my core and lower back. Literally, anything to keep the pain from getting worse. It wasn’t until I met Dr. Sam and Nurse Konrad that I finally began to feel relief. They looked at every possible angle with me, including whether I needed a new bed. Today, I’m completely pain-free. My husband has also started seeing the team for his knee issues. He had been in physical therapy for more than six months and had tried PRP and other treatments before we came to BurgHealth. Since working with their staff, he’s seeing progress and experiencing real relief. All of which he hadn't before.
