Be very careful giving them your credit card information. I purchased a monthly package and was told it had been completed, but they continued to bill me without sending any monthly statements or email notifications—even though they had my email on file. After noticing three additional charges on my credit card, I called, and they told me my account had not been closed and that I needed to come in person to fill out paperwork which I did immediately. Sam at the front desk was very helpful, but she explained that management had to approve refunding the three months. I was told I would receive a follow‑up email from management, but I’m still waiting to hear back. I hope they improve their billing practices and communication with customers. Other than this I had a good experience with the doctors.

Doc explained very well details for why I was having pain. Receptionist very well mannered. Great customer service. Doc made me feel 15yrs younger when I walked out!

I have been to 6 different Joint locations in a few months. Dr. Matthew Geronimo is by far the best chiropractor I have experienced. Very knowledgeable and takes his time to learn your body quickly. Moving to the area and will be estatic to have him available. Worth the visit!

My experience with joint Chiropractic was amazing . The service was outstanding. My was Doctor's was excellent . I mean she was very professional and very informative.
