I’ve been attending Action Physical Therapy and unfortunately my experience has been disappointing. The morning physical therapist does not seem to pay much attention to her patients. She often appears more focused on adjusting the music than on the people she’s working with. When I told her how much pain I was in, the only advice she gave me was to “go for a walk,” which didn’t feel helpful or attentive to my situation. The afternoon physical therapist isn’t much better. She is frequently on personal phone calls and seems overwhelmed by the number of patients she’s handling. Unfortunately, that stress sometimes gets taken out on patients, which makes the environment uncomfortable. Overall, I did not feel heard, supported, or cared for during my sessions. I hope the clinic can address these issues for the sake of future patients.
