I've been suffering from cervical spinal spondylosis and cervical spinal stenosis. After seeing so many Orthopedics, Neurosurgeons, Anesthesiologist and Rheumatologist. Then After having 16 epidurals which were a total failure. I didn't know who to turn to and who I was anymore. I was ready to give up on life. I started searching for help on the internet and I came across Dr. Alan Mandell videos on YouTube. He has such an amazing educational information all about my diagnosis as well as many other educational medical topics. Such as Manipulative, Physiological and Therapeutic. Dr. Mandell has dedicated his life to helping others around the World and even going as far is traveling to Countries in desperate need to educate and treat people. All though Dr. Mandell does not practice in his office anymore. He does something even better and more righteous! He dedicates all his time on educating the World! I was able to contact Dr. Mandell and he was kind enough to make time to see me for a consultation. Of course I made an appointment to seek treatment at his office. He is an amazing doctor full of knowledge and with his directions his office has been able to help me with my pain and free up my motion in my neck. I went from being bedridden to back to my daily exercise as well as a full day of activities. Thank you Dr. Alan Mandell and thank you to your well trained office personel and Dr's.

Thanks Dr Mandell i just started following your short video on how to rehab. I am suffering from anterior pelvic tilt and i get lots of pain on my hip flexor. I will keep doing the exercise and hopeful i can be up and running.
