This is my second review regarding this business. I deleted the first review due to the owner not taking responsibility for the unethical behavior of one of the staff members. Instead, all the blame was put on me. I’ll be the first to admit, that prior to my initial consultation, I didn’t call or show up twice. I apologized many times and explained to staff without going into details that I was dealing with two tragedies. That doesn’t make my actions right, but I’m doing the best I can and was there for the third appointment. Also, I had a follow-up appointment on Wednesday that I was late for due to a doctor’s appointment running behind. I called the office 20 minutes prior to let them know. (Mind you, in my previous review the owner criticized me for not calling for the first two appointments.) The lady was very nice and said give me a call when you’re on your way. I called when I was on my way and staff said no problem, the doctor can see you. I realize that the doctor’s have a schedule, that’s why I called ahead of time to let staff know I was running late for a reason that was beyond my control. If the doctor was too busy on the floor or with patients, I would have understood, but I was told I could come in to see the doctor. In the last review the owner criticized me for not calling regarding the first two appointments. Hence, why I made it a point to call and let the office know I was running behind. Also, the owner stated that I put the doctor behind and pulled her off the floor. Then why was I told it’s okay to come in? Bottomline, I asked Ashley, one of the staff members for a cash pay cost, and insurance pay cost for treatment. The owner claims she gave me all the pricing, but she did not. Instead, she argued with me over and over again, telling me that self-pay is not provided to patients who have insurance…in front of people in the lobby. As a patient, I am entitled to know the costs of services I am paying for with or without insurance. Also, If she did give me pricing for self-pay, I would not be on here wasting my time by leaving a negative review. I would never talk down on a good business. The doctors are very knowledgeable and the staff are very nice, but clearly Ashley needs some ethics training.

By all means this place gets 5 stars and it is well deserved!! I would give more stars if I could. I actually thought in the beginning it was gonna be all bullshit and they would just want me to come in 3 times a week for adjustments and collect my money. I have been through that with plenty of chiropractors and it never solved the issue. What I noticed is that they also incorporated PT (Physical Therapy), along with adjustments. So I gave it a shot and figured I will see how this helps in a month and reevaluate the situation. Well it has been about 5 or 6 weeks now and after being in pain for OVER 10 years, I am now basically pain free! Think of waking up every morning not knowing if you are going to be able to walk without extreme pain. After just 6 weeks at Coastal Chiropractic I don’t worry about that anymore! I swear they are all magicians! What they do works, and the cherry on top is how nice every single staff member is there. It is like the “Chickfillet” of chiropractic services! They are all very nice, VERY WELL organized, and run efficiently! THANK YOU for giving me a new pain free life! I will be referring everybody here.

Nice facility and staff BUT this is the type of very very thorough Chiro that DOES NOT do an adjustment the same day. They also don’t tell you that until you’re already there. I’m in pain. I went in for an adjustment. What I got was X-rays and an appointment to come back for the adjustment. Fortunately I’m able to get another appt the following morning. I arrive and get a full breakdown of what’s going on with my spine. Cool. Then I get a paper with a $3600 3 day a week treatment plan, on top of what my insurance pays. Yall. I’ve left work twice for this now and have neither the time or money for this and just wanted an adjustment. So we go to do that part and I have to pay another copay ($100 in at this point) and that’s when I was maxed out and left with no adjustment lol ..Moral of the story, make sure you ask if they do same day adjustments. To be fair their treatment plan looks solid and if you’re someone that has the time and interest to do so by all means. But I’m in pain. I drove there in pain TWICE now and I just wanted an adjustment, even a crappy one would be better than my current state lol and did not need to be presented with a major financial decision.

They are amazing here. The doctors are knowledgeable and good at what they do. The staff are absolutely amazing, helpful and all around pleasant people. My back problems have improved significantly since i started coming 3 months ago. Then i was in an auto accident and they were super helpful concerning that as well. I highly recommend this practice to anyone who needs a good chiropractor. It's modern, clean and most importantly the doctors are great and so are the rest of the staff. Also they're super flexible with appointments and rescheduling. Thank you so much for taking such good care of me, you're all amazing!!🙂

After I was involved in a car accident I was struggling with neck and back pain. Shortly after the headaches followed. I knew I needed help. I had not been able to find a chiropractor that I was comfortable with till I found Coastal Chiropractic and I could not be more grateful! They immediately got me in and drew up an incredibly thorough treatment plan! I am so impressed with the professionalism and consistency in their dedication to assuring I’m on the right track in healing and recovery! I genuinely look forward to going in for my appointments knowing I get to shut my brain off and focus on correcting my spinal health and feeling my absolute best! Never again will I disregard the need for chiropractic care! Huge thanks to Dr. Lauren for being deeply passionate about explaining every step of the way in my treatment! I’m convinced they are the best in Brevard!
