I’ve been dealing with pain in my hip, knee, and ankle for several months, assuming it was just a lingering Pilates injury that would eventually go away. I kept pushing it aside until I woke up with a stiff neck and back and realized I couldn’t ignore the signs my body was trying to tell me. I finally decided to call Brevard Therapy & Physical Medicine, and I’m so glad I did. To my surprise, Dr. Monteleone discovered that my right leg was about half an inch shorter than my left, which explained so much about how I had been overcompensating and worsening my injury. He was incredibly kind and thorough, explaining every step of the process to make sure I felt informed and supported. We started with heat and stem therapy before moving on to an adjustment for my neck, back, and hip. Jamie helped with the heat and stem therapy. She was gentle, kind, and made my first experience with the stem machine much less intimidating. And to be honest, she was right—I will look forward to that experience again and even increasing the intensity! After the adjustment, my legs were 98% aligned, and I felt a huge sense of relief. I’m genuinely looking forward to my next appointment and learning how to better listen to my body and heal through movement.

The personal attention is so much better than what I got before. They're super professional and friendly, and I can feel the progress every time I come in."
