The issue with my back was not structural damage- it was movement patterns putting stress on my back. The focus on correcting mechanics and retraining my brain and body to move differently made the biggest difference. Dr. Nick & staff have been instrumental in improving my functional mobility. With each session I gain a greater understanding and awareness of how my body should optimally move. Homework exercises are given to build and support the progression of the care plan designed specifically for my goals and needs.
