I am fairly new to the area and needed a Chiropractor. As I used to work for chiropractors many years ago, I know the difference between "good" and "not so good" Chiropractors. Dr. Druda is EXCELLENT. He took the time to evaluate my issues with a concerning attitude. His manipulatons have helped me tremendously to where I am no longer in pain. I came to Dr. Druda for relief from neck and shoulder pain and to improve my posture. His adjustments helped my neck and shoulder feel better from the first appointment. I really appreciate how he taught me simple exercises and stretches, added one at a time, to strengthen my back and chest muscles for better posture and to help prevent future injuries. Dr Druda is excellent! He is an extremely knowledgeable chiropractor who immediately identified my niggling, moderate problem and began working on it. After some adjustments and ice, I can already feel less tension, traction, and sticking in my lower back and shoulder. I've been a nurse for over 30 years with most of my experience being ER and now I work 12 hour shifts on the phone/computer. I've suffered from neck, shoulder and upper back pain for many years. My posture and range of motion had drastically declined as well. I have tried medication, exercise, PT and other chiropractors without much improvement or very short-lived minimal improvement. I met Dr Druda at the end of June 2020 and can honestly say after my first visit I saw great improvement and within a couple weeks I was like a new person! I have seen Dr Druda 9 times over the last two months, most being initially and my pain is minimal, my posture/ROM is greatly improved (actually noticable to others) and my energy and self confidence noted is a breath of fresh air. I'm a nurse who is still working after 44 years of it. Of course I've hurt my back lifting patients - last time was 6 months ago. I have been to Chiropractors before and they have all helped me; though now I work as a travel nurse, and had to find someone in Florida. A neighbor recommended Dr. Joseph Druda and I'm truly grateful! At my first visit, he took a full hour to get an H&P. He treated me and I walked out feeling better than I had for months. After 4 more visits, I'm pain-free most of the time; he gave me simple exercises to do and how to use ice and heat effectively. I highly recommend him to anyone as a terrific practitioner who is also friendly, personable.
