I truly enjoy my visits with Dr Neilen. Since the beginning I have had wonderful results thanks to my treatments and my lower back pain has decreased incredibly. The office is extremely comfortable and have always been very helpful with setting my appointments due to my hectic schedule. I highly recommended Dr Neilen to everyone.

Dr. Jess Neilen is a Excellent Chiropractor. He is up to date on all the current treatments, knows what works, and is very good at what he does. When I was a student in Chiropractic college, I spent months in Dr Neilen's office. Dr. Neilen was my mentor and taught me many valuable things. As a longtime fan of natural remedies and preventative healthcare, I am surprised it has taken me so long to be under the care of a chiropractor. You often times hear the benefits of spinal alignment but it just wasn’t enough to bring me to a place where I would willingly put myself in the hands of another- literally so-. When I walked into Dr. Jess Neilen’s office I was flustered and nervous. I had this picture of someone contorting my body and applying enough pressure to break me, an image I had seen as a young girl. As a child I had accompanied my dad under the care of a chiropractor after a spinal injury and always thought, “This man is breaking my dad”. I am pretty sure when Dr. Neilen saw me in his office he could tell I was nervous and very unsure of being under the care of a chiropractor. Unfortunately my back pain had just become unbearable. I decided that it was time to give this a shot. I am glad I did!!! After determining the issue, Dr. Neilen walked me through what treatment would look like. He would often stop to ask if I had any questions, and re-assuring me along the way. I have had a variety of treatments and before each new treatment the caring staff and Dr. Neilen would insure that I felt comfortable. His staff is always kind and compassionate and never pushes you to do a treatment you are unsure about. After my wonderful experience at Dr. Neilen’s office during my various treatments (lower back pain and neck pain) I would recommend his chiropractic care to anyone. Even if your nervous about it… trust him and his staff, they know what they are doing and they do it with excellence.

I've been to chiropractors in the past with only so-so results. Dr.Neilen is the only chiropractor who took the time to properly diagnose and treat not only my lower back, but also my neck which has been bothering me for years. Why didn't the other chiropractors order an MRI to see what was going on with my neck? After all these years I finally know why my neck is so sore all the time. What is so very nice about seeing Dr. Neilen is that a wonderful staff comes with your visit. Edgar is wonderful and caring and Jessica always greets me with a big smile. And then there's Spot. If you like dogs, this place is for you! But seriously, come for the quality of care you will receive from this very qualified chiropractor & staff.

When they say there are "Angels on Earth", that would be my experience with Dr. Neilen and his staff. I contacted Dr. Neilen after being injured in an accident, and was able to get in on the same day. That first day he saw me, I wasn't even able to sit or lie down without being in excruciating pain. Dr. Neilen and his staff did a full analysis,history, X-rays and worked with me financially, as well as the insurance company. I am so grateful that I went there as I was treated as if I was their only patient. As a first time Chiropractic patient, I was a bit fearful and hesitant as to whether or not they could actually help me. Dr. Neilen explained everything in detail and made me feel safe. The miraculous healing I received by him and his staff has made me a firm believer in Chiropractic care, and I would refer him to anyone who has any sort of physical issues. I also have to say that he diagnosed a condition that I had that nobody caught before. By his treatments, care and concern, and overall practice, I can say that I highly recommend Dr. Neilen. If you want to be out of pain and be able to have your own Angel, please go and see him. You will be healed and feel better than you could ever imagine. I was blessed the day I walked into his office.
