I have had lower back pains for some time now and I can’t seem to ever relieve that pain until now. They recommended me their glorious machine that does spinal decompression because they knew that I was afraid of getting adjusted. I have done it twice now but let me say that I felt an instant relief just on the first time. I almost felt like I was walking on a cloud because I didn’t have any pain nor did I feel compressed. I can't say enough good things about Align and Flow Chiropractic. Last year, my resolution was to finally get my neck pain under control. I've suffered from chronic pain for at least 15 years and I've tried truly everything. Feeling exhausted and beleaguered, I determined to try chiropractic again. Usually it felt like I was one of a million people "with neck pain," and I had received low levels of individualized care and concern. That all changed once I found Dr. Conner. He has been such a dream to work with!! He is so kind and never stopped trying new things until we found a combination of interventions that have dramatically reduced my discomfort. He also introduced me to cervical spinal decompression, which has made a HUGE difference in my pain and therefore quality of life. I can't thank him enough! A year later I feel far better than I ever thought possible. Additionally, their office space is clean and bright and Dr. Emma is very kind as well. She will greet you with a smile the minute you walk in the door. You can tell they are in this business to improve peoples' lives. Their pricing is also very approachable and allowed me to tackle this long term problem without feeling financially stressed.
