Amazing, simply put. I have been in pretty severe neck and back pain for years and living off ibuprofen. I stopped lifting weights, thinking that was it. I’ve been heavily into Pilates, as I thought that would take care of it - less tension and more stretching - didn’t work. Dr. Alex Lambert is amazing! As a fellow Health Care provider, I am pretty picky about my own providers. Dr. Alex listens, addresses all of my concerns, and has me feeling better than I even have in my 12 years of practicing dentistry. He’s down to earth, honest, and doesn’t push products or treatments I don’t need, which is why I trust every one of his recommendations when he does recommend something beyond my usual adjustment.
