My boyfriend went to Dr Dubois on my recommendation and when he arrived Dr. Dubois told him that he would have to pay out of pocket because his BC/BS Insurance would take 2 months to process and he did not want to be bothered.......what?!??! Very arrogant and rude- I would have left 0 stars if I could.

I cannot speak for the Drs treatment as he refused to treat me as I am currently going to physical therapy. His exact words were that physical therapists are not even doctors and they won't fix the problem because he was a real doctor he could fix the problem. Again his exact words being that PT would not fix the issue they would only exercise me. He also stated he would want to be the only form of treatment so he wouldn't have any interference treating me. I asked if exercise was bad for my issue then wouldn't my normal exercise routine interfere which he said no which is confusing to me. He might have good reasoning but he came off as quite arrogant and demeaning and therefore I will not be going back to this practice. I don't see how chiropractic stretching and alignment could be interfered with by PT as PT is stretching alignment and exercise. The only way it would be counterproductive is if diagnosis was different between the two parties and they were treating me for different things. Also I have more issues in joints than just what I am going to PT for but Dr Dubois was not interested in finding this out. 2 stars is for the secretary she was great.
