Marta, gave me a massage and was able to get my knots to release enough for me to run a 100km race the next day. If I lived in Fruita, I would be going multiple times per week. She was very professional, put up with my horrible humor and made a huge difference in my overall well being. Truly thankful for such an amazing and wonderful experience. I've been on this side of the mountains for a year and a half, and I had to go through six chiropractors before I got to Dr John Blaha. He is the seventh and I'm sticking with him. This should tell you everything you need to know. He and his office staff are simply fantastic. While you are there, you should get a massage. They're all very good, but Ben really, really helped me. I can't recommend him enough.
