Blackwood Health Center was recommended to me by my son and his wife. I have had issues with my shoulders, neck and back and hadn't had a good night's sleep in years. I finally decided to go because of the pain I was in. Dr. Blackwood has step by step dealt with each of the issues I've had. He has made a huge difference in every way. I can actually sleep now, I stand straighter and taller and can do my work without constant nagging pain. I recently was involved in a car accident, which set me back but only for a little while. I continued to improve week by week. Dr. Blackwood has been a God-send and my I'm so grateful for what he has done for me. Thank-you so much!

I’m so thankful to have found Dr. Blackwood! I have been hesitant to do chiropractic care after a bad experience with a prior chiro. I have been suffering with pain in my shoulder blade and shortness of breath due to the pain and nothing I tried would help. After two visits with Dr. Blackwood I’m on my way to healing! I had a few ribs out of place as well as my shoulder and collarbone and his adjustments were accurate and didn’t cause any discomfort. It was in fact the opposite and such a relief! Dr. Blackwood truly cares about the wellness of his patients and is very knowledgeable. I appreciate his timeliness at each appointment as well!

I came to Blackwood Health Center for help with an old shoulder injury that started acting up again after some years of having no symptoms. Dr Blackwood was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions in addition to adjusting my neck and spine. I got relief and was able to sleep well again! Sleeping poorly had been a huge problem! What really sold me on Dr Blackwood was that he actually recommended not adjusting me when I showed up for a scheduled appointment! He explained that the body is capable of healing itself and regaining good alignment so adjusting when not needed hinders that natural process. When a professional businessman opts to not make money but put the patient first, that stands out and gives me confidence in that person! He scheduled future appointments further apart and only adjusts when called for. My back, neck and shoulder have been better and better! Very pleased to have a good chiropractor close to home and so very skilled!

We absolutely love Dr. Blackwood! I trust him completely. He has several times gone out of his way to help me when I have been in a lot of pain! He has squeezed us in his busy schedule when we need an appointment right away. He genuinely cares about his patients! He also is very patient and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend him to all our family and friends! I won't go to any other chiropractor!
