Don't come here if you can't pay. The doctor has 1 move to offer and the rest of the time she's talking about all the things she COULD do if you wanted to pay. Took my mom here a month straight and she only came out in more pain and the real issues never addressed because "they weren't included"???? Like you can only have them do certain 1 body part and 1 move? Insane! Why take Medicare patients? You know they have Medicare for a reason. So sad and extremely frustrating.

My name is Debbie and I have an active life style which includes golfing, mountain biking, fitness workouts, etc. Upon entering my 50’s I began to experience knee pain which continued to get worse with an increasing pain element. At 56 years of age I decided to try the Birch Pain and Spine clinic. Specifically I was introduced to Dr. Sclafani who explained a PRP procedure which I decided to try. I was treated at the Tracy location by Dr. Sclafani, Megan and Anna. The procedure was handled very professionally and painless. The recovery was amazingly good. My knee pain subsided and virtually disappeared in 3 to 4 weeks. With a couple of additional treatments my knee pain is gone and my active lifestyle is back to normal pain free. I recommend this staff to anyone for treatment they were great!

I was referred to Birch Pain and Management after they successfully helped my daughter narrow down the cause of her pain that had persisted for almost 10 years. I was pleasantly surprised to encounter a customer oriented staff that sought to help me with total body wellness and ways to heal that did not include tons of visits to the office.
