I recently contacted this office for a straight forward request and was met with unprofessional and dismissive behavior. Beyond the rude tone, the staff demonstrated a fundamental misunderstanding of HIPPA REGULATIONS. Refusing to verify patient status under the false belief that doing so would violate HIPPA privacy laws. To clarify: HIPPA IS Designed to protect patients health information, Not to be misused as an excuse to withhold basic administrative assistance. Verification of the patient status, when not discussing any medical details is permissible under hippa, especially when done with proper authorization, and even in limited information. Circumstances. If this practice is going to cite federal regulations they should atleast understand them. Patients deserve respect, competence and accurate information. Not dismissive behavior under the guise of "privacy".

I’ve been coming here for years. He is beyond the best in his industry. He pushes on the spot that hurts me just by watching me walk. He maneuvers my body to adjust exactly the right spots that need it. Nothing more, nothing less. Let me tell you how amazing this chiropractor is. The most relaxing and enjoyable time spent resting and then being able to walk out of their office feeling like a whole new person. I’m not even kidding a little. Dr. Perry is a MUST see. He is an expert in his field.
