Dr. Alex is amazing at what she does and has the best energy! She helped prepare me for my 2nd marathon, including treating some long-term aches & pains that I had coming out of my 1st marathon. She helped me manage pain in my achilles, knees, and IT band. The difference before and after an appointment with her is night & day — I always feel so much better walking out. She is also super knowledgeable and is always able to answer my questions about running injuries, physical therapy / strength exercises, etc.

Dr. Alex is amazing! She gave me a wonderful session of soft tissue work and helped with a nagging neck alignment issue I've been dealing with for 9 months. My neck finally feels back to normal!
