The doctors and staff at Bella Vita are the most caring people you'll ever meet. I went in with a herniated disc that had returned after 20 years. Dr. Papi put me on a plan that included spinal decompression, chiropractic adjustment, stim and exercise. I walked in to Dr Papi’s office, hunched over and in pain. After an assessment (and MRI), she suggested I try non-surgical spinal decompression in addition to a chiropractic adjustment regimen. After only a couple weeks, I was back at the gym lifting heavy and standing tall (and I’m 6’3’’). That was, what, like three years ago? And I’m still doing it!

Started coming here to try to build a wellness routine and get my body to feel better. I absolutely love coming here. The staff is super friendly and love love love how Dr. Lacayo & Dr. Papi sat me down and explained to me which bones were out of whack and how it was directly correlating with different parts of myself. Every time I visit, I feel like I’m finally doing something better for myself and really appreciate how they work WITH me to reach the common goal of feeling healthy and aligned. First of all people! Let me tell you Dr. Papi is a miracle worker! I injured my L3 and L4 disc in my lower back affecting my sciatica nerve causing me to have much pain in my legs and lower back. I could barely walk. She recommended doing a Decompression treatment plan and after going to see her a few times, I got better. I have been going to her for a long time and I have never felt better! I just completed my treatment plan and feel great! I plan to continue to see her for maintenance. Dr. Papi is fantastic! So is Adriana. Super helpful and nice.
