Very happy to see a chiropractic doctor who didn’t follow a routine. My visit with Dr. Kai was very welcoming and he is very kind. He walked me through the entire session and took care in actually understanding what & where to approach my pain. Other chiropractors I’ve been to just did a one, two, and sent me on my way. Dr. Kai was very friendly, patient, and understanding of my needs. He took time to understand what was going on in my body and asked me about what I do and my past injuries. He explained things well and took great care to make me feel comfortable and well taken care of. I came in with a slipped disc in my lower back and could barely walk around when I arrived. It has been 7 hours since the initial appointment and I am moving around with much better mobility than I was! A miraculous improvement. I will be continuing my treatment and preventative injury maintenance with this chiropractor moving forward. I encourage anyone who has never sought out chiropractic treatment ever before (like myself, this was my very first time) to give this practice a try! You will not be disappointed! Beautiful location and inviting calming space. I recommend getting a ride over to the location if you don’t want to worry about parking.

This is the future of body care! After three visits, I have to say that Dr. Kai is the best practitioner I have ever experienced in 30+ years of regular chiropractic care. His experience and training in advanced modalities was evident from the beginning. His technique offers what I can only describe as the ideal combination of physical therapy, deep tissue work, and chiropractic. Dr. Kai quickly identified muscular weaknesses that are the underlying cause of the debilitating back spasms that resulted from overdoing it when I recently moved my home back to San Francisco. I came in walking very cautiously with a cane and left standing upright and feeling energized. He also demonstrated and walked me through various exercises, correcting my form and providing tips - something I would only expect from a physical therapist. From the moment I walked in, the entire office impressed me as modern, bright and inviting. And his treatment table is the most up-to-date I've ever seen. I think I may arrive earlier in the future, just so I can sit and enjoy the waiting room!
