I began going to Dr. Tam’s practice after being involved in a car accident in August 2025. Following the accident, I experienced neck and lower back pain and was referred to begin treatment at his office. From my very first visit through my last, I received the best care I could have asked for. Dr. Tam is kind, patient, respectful, and highly professional. It was clear that he genuinely cared about my recovery—he consistently checked in on my symptoms and ensured I was making positive progress through regular adjustments and alignments. We also built a great rapport, which made me feel comfortable and confident in the care I was receiving. In addition, the front desk staff is outstanding. Both Michelles were always communicative, helpful, and accommodating, especially when it came to managing appointments around my busy work schedule. Dr. Benson tam & his staff Michelle & Michelle are a professional easy going chiropractor team. I’ve only been going for a few weeks but I feel so Comfortable with them. I finally booked an appointment to see a chiropractor because of neck pain from traveling. I chose this office because they might take my insurance and easy to get to in the city. Dr tam did an initial assessment & xray. He proceeded to tell me about my posture & tight back & how massages are only surface level and you have to fix the inner alignment of your body. In my next appointments, I had muscle stimulation with a machine to warm up my muscles, ultra sound therapy to my neck & then Dr tam comes to align my back, neck & sometimes my side. His pressure he pushes on my back is perfect amount of pressure. The alignments he makes is shocking at first & can leave you in a daze. The sounds of the cracks so satisfying. I feel taller after my appointments. He does make a plan on how often he needs to see you, but says it’s up to you. It takes time to fix something that has been going on for a long time. Appointments are always efficient and quick, very short wait time. Sometimes the office can be cold so dress warm. Very satisfied with my care here at benson chiropractic, happy I found them. Dr tam is sharp shooter he will tell it like it is. I can tell his patients are very comfortable with him too when there is laughter coming from the other treatment rooms. He is bilingual too so helps the Chinese community. Michelle & Michelle are professional & easy to talk to when she ultra sounds therapies your problem area, you also get a little chat in. I trust Dr tam and his team here and am happy with my care. Thank you! My neck pain is fixed and hoping to fix my posture.
