I had my first session with Dr. Dan and I must say I feel incredibly alleviated from my back pain. He gave me a deep tissue massage followed by heat therapy and a neck and entire back adjustment. He is very skilled and knowledgeable on the entire musculoskeletal and nervous systems. His adjustments were very gentle, precise and efficient. I’m so grateful to have been referred to him by my acupuncturist Sarrah Moon. Both have helped me incredibly in my healing journey so far.

Armstrong Chiropractic - a great "name" for a business - is awesome! He reopened during the pandemic in the Mission. Surprisingly, this new location is easy to locate and park (tons of street parking). The space itself is smaller than his last office, but it's certainly easier to clean. I booked online through his website and was able to get an appointment ASAP! It was easy and confirmed that evening. He emailed instructions to let me know what to expect, advised me to bring my own hand towel (not required) for my face, and covid information too. He checked my temperature once I got there and the sign in process was all outside. After the session, he and I talked about ways I can improve my upper back problems. Dan is also really affordable and even though my insurance doesn't cover chiropractic services, I will be visiting often!

I have been going to Dr. Dan for over 20 years. He has a deep knowledge of physiology and comes from a physical therapy perspective. He is super chill and an expert in his field- a great combination! He fixes me whenever I'm broken. If I could give Dr. Dan 10 stars, I would!

Dr. Armstrong is one of the few that will take the time to help you determine the cause of your issue, not just treat the symptoms. The office is clean, friendly and helpful for insurance and accommodating with appointment times.
